A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your date. Contracts can be sent via email as .pdf files, or mailed in hard-copy form. The contract must be returned within a specified timeframe (generally 30 days unless the event is less than 8 weeks away) in order to be legally binding. The retainer fee for all wedding receptions is $200, prom bookings require $150, and most informal events $100. Retainer fees for videodance shows and custom packages vary based on the total contract price.

Once your event is booked, the remaining balance may be paid any time at or prior to the event, in any number of installments you desire. The retainer fee is applied toward the total contract price.
